We process some of our products in a clean room. (Class 10,000) Those products that have to keep away from dust are process in this room.   Larger size ventilation unit We equip larger size ventilation unit for the clean room using high quality HEPA filter, so that quickly ventilate whole the room. Of course this room is also thermostatic.     Complete clean process Laminated sheet has to keep away from dust, and we have installed whole process in the clean room. From our laminated machine to press machine, all the equipment is in this room.     Oil-free press process for the clean room Our press machine is specified for the clean room, using micro-mist-separator. For the super cleanliness, we apply oil-free press process.     Packaged in the clean room Laminated sheet products are inspected and packaged in the clean room. We always supply high quality dust free laminated products.
