With precision stamping technology, NISHII has provided variety of products, such as a reflector for digital camera, laminated-film part, and ultra-thin film part.   Flash light reflectors for digital cameras are one of our major sales products. This picture shows the reflector made of high-reflectivity aluminum sheet, MIRO. This reflector is processed and delivered with cover-sheet to keep away scratch.     Punching blank from thin film is also our favorite process. NISHII ENGINEERING is able to punch as thin as 0.025 mm. This picture shows the gview-finderh parts made of polyester film.     Punching blank from multi-layer laminated film is also our favorite process. Each layer of the film is pasted and processed in our clean room, which achieves the class under 10,000.     We have made many stamping parts for optical devices. This picture shows roll forming parts using galvanizing sheet metal of thickness 0.8mm. The cut surface is finished with shaving process, achieving the circularity in the range of 0.03mm.
